Me and my friend are 16 and wanna go on a road trip to Canada.

Can we go over the border if we are under 18???

  1. From what I recall, you have to have a parent / guardian to accompy you for legal issues.

    For example, if you broke the law (just pretend you did), what would you do without your parents, because you're under the legal age.

    I got to be honest, I could imagine 18 was the legal limit.


  2. Yes, but you will each need a letter of permission signed by both parents and notarized, as well as your birth certificate and photo I.D.  

  3. I wouldn't recommend it.  You could be arrested for running away or entering Canada illegally..
