Traveling to Europe. Any regulations on what I can bring?

Do they have regulations for luggage like we do here in the US? Also, I've read on some of the answers that you aren't allowed to bring aerosol cans. But the TSA websites says you can as long as its just hairspray or something like that. Which is it?

you would have to check the regulations on each airline that you are flying.  you can't bring aerosol cans in carry-on luggage, but i think you can bring them in your checked bags.  when i went two years ago you could bring 2 carry ons and 1 checked bag on one flight but then if you changed planes you could only take one carry on.  it really varies airline to airline.
