Traveling to Guam..

I would like to know more about required vaccinations for traveling to Guam, I'm leaving september 1st and I'm really not sure if I'm supposed to have certain vaccines. I would also like to know what they do when you go through customs in an airport. I will go through it in Tokyo, Japan's airport. Will they just check my passport and that's it? or will they go through my bags and everything?

Guam has a fairly small airport compared to those in the U.S. Guam is a U.S. territory so procedures are the same.  Don't bring anything illegal and things should go smoothly.  Guam is strict with the TB vaccines.  But they don't require it to enter the island.

Since Guam is more or less influenced by the USA government and you are an American citizens, you're likely to have no problems at all.

If they go through your bags, there shouldn't be any problem, unless you bring prohibited banned items such as detergent, matches, flammable items, knives, guns, etc.
