K here is the problem..my friend got a felony for shoplifting when she was like 15. Now she is 21 and we are trying to plan a trip to Cabo in Sept. Does anyone know if she is going to have a problem getting in. What measures can we take so there is no problem. She was a monor then the felony occured...

  1. If she has a valid US passport she should have no problem.


  2. NO issues she was a minor.

  3. No issues. I think only if it were a federal offense would she have problems at the customs and immigration. Have fun.

    We have enough problem keeping track of the Mexican criminals.

    you need a passport to fly here and soon for all points of entry.
