If a married woman gets her passport issued in her maiden name by fake witnesses and she travels abroad also with this identity that what is the procedure to prosecute her?Is is offensive or ok?

  1. If a married woman wants to have a passport on her maiden name, in many countries it is normal. As a married woman in some countries you will always get all official papers on your maiden name, with sometimes added 'married to' and the name of the husband.

    Unless she lied about not being married while she is, if been asked, there is nothing wrong with having a passport on her maiden name in most of the world.

    And even if she lied, who is going to proof it when she is in an other country?

    I do not think you have a chance to have her prosecuted, in some countries she would be put on a plane home if found out, in most others they will make nothing of it.
