Traveling with toddler?

I am traveling to Vietnam in September with my 15 month grandson, does he need to take any medication while there?

talk to the pediatrician about vaccines.  he will need a few extra.

I would ask his pediatrician. He/she may have your grandson take some sort of travel vaccination for immunity for traveling  to another country

Only if he's all ready on medication. I'd check with the doctor though about taking him out of the country and your destination to be sure there isn't a shot or something he would need first. Be sure he has a passport and birth certificates, etc.. to remove him from the country.  I also would not let him out of my sight for a minute because of all the international baby theft that goes on.
