Travelling New Zealand?

Question

I'm travelling to NZ for 2 weeks covering Akl, Welli, Ham & CHCH. This is my first time and not sure where to go.

Any good suggestion will be greatly appriciated regarding what not to miss and which places to go in these major cities.

Been to Auckland. Loved it. We would recommend:

One Tree Hill

White Restaurant at the Hilton in the harbor

Sky Tower (do the jump!)

Auckland Zoo

Drive to Rotorua - go Zorbing!

Drive to Waitomo Caves - go Blackwater Rafting

Wellington if you get good weather is a lovely city. Ride up the cable car which is in lambton Quay. here you will get a good view of the harbour then take the walk right through the botanical gardens . these gardens are really beaautiful so lush and green You could get the interisland ferry and go down to Picton takes 3 hours and that is beautiful through the Marlborough  pelorous sounds. Wellington has lovley boutique style shops .Hamilton and Christchurch have lovely rivers . Don't go to South Auckland , it's not very nice but the northern beaches are nice.
