Travelling or snowboarding season?

next year wanting to take some time out to do some thing different. wanting to either do some traveling or do a snowboarding season. which do you think will be more fun.

Also depends on how much you have to spend, and where you'll be traveling. Both could get pretty costly.

i submit that you travel to like switz and snowboard there. combine the two instead of choosing.

I'd say go travelling (even though I am absolutely obsessed with boarding!!). I like to go boarding for about 2 weeks at a time, a few times a year. After about 2 weeks I am covered from head to toe in bruises, aching all over, and generally feeling miserable.

Travelling, on the other hand, takes time. I try to fully explore a place before leaving (probably because I expect I will never go back again), which takes a h**l've a long time.

So if you want to 'take some time out' I'd suggest going travelling, (then go snowboarding for a week or two during the season).
