Travelling the east coast of australia looking for a good hairdresser?

i want a new hair do - something short and stylish - a big change for me. i am backpacking, so not looking for a top dollar salon, can anyone recommend a hairdresser

If you advise which city you wish to get your haircut in, someone will be able to advise a salon.

The previous answerer is incorrect - I have had some dodgy haircuts in my time... you get what you pay for.  If you are going for a radical change and especially since you want short hair, it will need to be cut really well, I wouldn't pay anything less than $80 for a haircut.

Actually you will find they are ALL good - hairdressing is a prestigious occuptation over in Aus, and they can not afford any complaints - ergo they all great!

The east coast of Australia is pretty big. So i wouldnt have a clue where abouts you want to ge a hair cut?
