Travelling to Canada from the United States?

I'm going to Niagara Falls for a day with my girlfriend (she's 16). I'm 20 and have a passport. What will she need?

I believe your girlfriend needs a parent or a guardian because she is not past the age of consent.  Although a 4 year difference isn't a big deal when a couple is 20 and 24 for example, she is a minor and you are an adult.  You should check your state's age of majority/consent to ensure you are not breaking any laws.

Driving? all that is required right now is government issued photo id (driver's licence works) and proof of citizenship (birth certifcate or immigration papers).

Passport is not require until June 2009
