We are 4 single men (2 early twenties, 2mid twenties) looking for the best party atmosphere. The hotel does not have to be an All-Inclusive. I have done the all-inclusive gig before and it is ok, but nothing great. My buddy is set on the AI (drinks like a fish), but I found it to be chaeper and not as limited to go your own route. However, I have never been to Jamaica. We have even tossed up the idea of renting a house. Currently, we are looking into the Negril area. 2 of us are on a tight budget. I can help a little for the others. Any recommendations will be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

  1. Hedo - whoo hoo!

  2. My recommendation is don't go to Jamaica unless you stay at an all inclusive self contained resort.  Jamaica is a beautiful Island but the people live in complete poverty and are the most aggressive and devious people as far as tourists go if you have to go in the public areas. At best they will beg and pressure (all the while saying "No Pressure") trying to sell you stuff (drugs included) at worst they will rip you off or rob you... They assume that if you are American you are "rich" .

It's a shame, but I would consider other locations.

  3. Jamaica is awesome go to Montego Bay /Negril and I prefer the AI cause We drink our moneys worth if you are on a budget Samsara cliff in Negril is cheap and a great location near 7 mile beach and and tons of bars and Ricks Cafe is a must see.  Right now its 611 with air/All inclusive with taxes per person http://redhotescapes.com/  click on vacation packages Canada or click on the vacation packages US

Royal Decameron is good too.   Not much more to stay there.  Right down the road from margaritaville-walking distance and a bit nicer than Samsara Cliff.  I can hook you up with a personal driver and you wont need a gun.  haha

  4. i know this guy named jahmal he owns a house with like 4 rooms in it, he lives in a shanty town. I could  hook you up and you could stay there. ( you might need to bring guns for protection, it can get pretty dangerous)

  5. Negril or montego bay
