  1. You should change your passport, but I think as long as the ticket name is the same as your passport name there is no problem.

  2. It's not a problem.  My passport is still in my maiden name as well and like the first person said, so long as you have your tickets in the same name as the passport you won't have a problem

A friend of mine who was seperated going through a divorce had tickets in her (new) maiden name and passport in her (old) married name and because of the difference was not able to board.  They were very helpful and changed the tickets eventually (reprint with the new name after showing additional ID) but she missed the first plane and had to go on a later flight because of it.

So make sure the tickets & passport are the same and you'll be fine

  3. Your ticket MUST match your passport , so you will need to book in your maiden name. This is perfectly legal, and you will have no problems. However you may wish to change your passport but remember they do not just amend them anymore and you need to apply for a whole new one at the full cost. If your passport has a long validity on it you may decide just to leave it, Just remember any holiday and flight bookings must be made under your maiden name until you do change it.
