Travelling to poland - what do I wear?

I havent a clue what to take to wear in the night - anyone know the temperature at night this time of year and what I should wear eg dress /trousers I dont want to be over or under dressed

in thesummer it can get hot (max. 40 degrees celsius or around 100 fahrenheit), but it could get cool also

p.s: weather isnt the greatest this year so just be prepared

We went to Krakow in April last year it was cold at night one wind breaker will be good .It  rained ,so take  an umbrella.People wear regular cloths but for a tourist I think it is better to be little well dressed.

weather in poland is hard to tell on day its nice and warm next day it rains and its cold so take little bit of everything if you need some one to translate for you i can come whit you i'm polish
