Traxxas Slash please help?

Im thinking of buying a traxxas slash but i need help with wut to buy. the battery and stuff doesnt come with the truck and i dont know exactly wut i need. could some1 plz list everything i need to buy?

The only things you need after buying the truck are a battery and a battery charger. And 8 AA batteries for the transmitter.

i think you need a battery with the traxxas connector. if that's the case, then you also need to buy a charging adaptor

of course, you don't have to get exactly THESE ones, but they're good for someone just starting out.
