Tread getting hung up in the shuttle. I just took my new machine out of the case and i have yeet

I just took my new machine out of the case and i have yeet to be able to sew a line without the thread getting hung up in the shuttle. I have taken it apart and replaced it at least a half a dozen times. What do I need to do?

I have a necchi model 215a-b-bs and I have been unable to sew as when I do it seems to not run the bobbin thread through properly and I end up with at least 10 threads caught at the bottom so the tention is too tight to continue. I believe the problem is in the bobbin compartment as the thread gets caught up there. I have changed the bobbin and I have oiled the compartment with no luck
