I dont know if this is a stupid question or not. I run the treadmil when i dont get a chance to go outside and run. Do you know how you can like see how far you run on the digital screen? Well I know that the beginning number is the miles (0.000: first number =miles) but what are the numbers after the decimal point measured in? is it like the percentage of the mile or is it in meters or yards? And it's definitley not feet haha. if its not meters or yards is there a way that i can make it in that measure?

  1. You could try this website.  They have nutritional plans and such and help you to manage weight, not to mention they have tools you could use for that measurement.  I am not sure if they have that on the site or not, but I hope maybe it wll help! = )

    Good luck!

  2. the decimal is in part of a mile.

for example, if you run 1.5 miles, thats a mile and a half, or 1 mile and a bit more than 800 meters (i'm not sure of the actual number, but i always consider 800 a half mile...)

most treadmills don't have the ability to switch the measurement to meters or yards.  you'll just have to figure out how to do the math.  figure 400 meters to every .25 of a mile, and it won't be so bad
