Treadmill running?

im 16 about 140 lbs idk if thats important but just incase.

When i go on my treadmill at home they have these body workouts already set on there. theres a total body workout which goes up to 4 incline and 3.5 speed. and 25 minutes.

at that speed i just walk and it doesnt get me tired. am i suppose to run on 3.5 speed or should i just speed it up ??

  1. Speed it up! You should be able to program your speed.


  2. Just Speed it up. Th workouts are set for different people so your body may be  more in shape than others. Plus running always does more good than walking for your body. The speed increase will cause your body to run and get a more beneficial workout.

  4. Speed it up, 5 MPH would be a jog. And 8+ a run.

  5. Speed it up.  Programmed workouts are geared for the majority of the population, who unfortunately are out of shape.  If you are ready to run, do it.  Good luck!
