im 16 about 140 lbs idk if thats important but just incase.When i go on my treadmill at home they have these body workouts already set on there. theres a total body workout which goes up to 4 incline and 3.5 speed. and 25 minutes.at that speed i just walk and it doesnt get me tired. am i suppose to run on 3.5 speed or should i just speed it up ??
