i have an account on both of these sites but when i do an offer some of them as for your mailing address.

are they ganna send me mail and are they ganna give it out to people since its an advertisment?

please help me.

Yes. They will give out your address you spammers and you'll get lots of spam.  How else do you expect them to make money?
