Treating four legged animals better than people?

I know a person who is really into saving the plannet, mother earth and animals but she treats four legged animals better than people. She treats people like her family and husband like c**p but her pets better. Do you think she thinks that animals are better than peopl? what is your take on all this that I said?

people are so judgemental and cruel, animals offer you non-conditional love no matter what

so i think this women has a sane head on her shoulders

i used to wonder about this also.

I believe the difference is that people have choices.

Ex:

I will date that guy.

I will move to that town.

I will eat this.

I will marry him.

I will have his babies. Or not.

Animals have no choices.

They are born because one of their parents were in heat.

They migrate because of the food supply.

Domesticated animals: Cats, Dogs and many others are only wanted when they are young and cute. Then they get old and they are disposable. People are treated the same way. When we are young and cute, everything is great, then you get old and are disposable.

Maybe your friend sees past what is on the outside and sees the interesting person on the inside. You should be lucky to have a friend like this.

She has some issues to work out with her husband.

Sometimes women who have been through childhood trauma bond more to animals, who they feel are also silently suffering.
