Treatment's for mouth ulcers?

Hi I was wondering if anyone had ideas on how to treat mouth ulcers. Is there a home remedy for them? Thanks!

Consume a wide variety of fresh fruits and vegetables.  Be sure to include green leafy vegetables.  Drink lots of a wide variety of home made fruit and vegetable juices.  Also I think you should go to see your doctor.

There are two ways to treat mouth ulcers they are put vegimite on, or salt this may sting but it's the way to fix it cya
