Treatment for Severe Diarrhea?

i think I have a parasite....do I have to see

a dr to get rid of it?

If you have severe diarrhea then you should go to the doctor anyway you are loosing electrolytes that you need to survive take care of your self!

Possibly. I would start with re-placing your electrolytes,and sodium. Don't eat a heavy meal,dairy, or drink anything carbonated for at least 12 hours. I would start with light fluids,and then some chicken broth/crackers so you do not get further dehydrated. Get some rest. If symptoms continue,seek immediate care.

If it's not bloody, fluid replacement should be all that's required. The fluids should contain some calorie and electrolyte replacement as well.
