  1. The best treatment for your colon is a bag of baby carrots.  Use whatever dip you want, but eat as many as you can, (more than two cups) raw.  Carrots are digested incredibly quickly because of the high percentage of insoluble fiber, and they sweep out the intestines as they exit.

  2. Your flora is off. to correct this you need to take Dr' Ohhira's Probiotics+12  found on line.  If you have taken antibiotics in the last year or so that is the cause of this.

  3. This kit is the best! You won't believe the results. Me and a friend tried it ****** In general, avoid dairy products and have a lot of fiber, raw fruits and vegetables, etc.

  4. Try colon cleansing treatment...

  5. All the answers given so far are good for cleaning the colon... but they would only facilitate a "lazy colon". What you need is to nourish the colon itself so it can work more efficiently the way it's supposed to.

I've only heard of one product that specifically nourishes the walls of the colon itself so it can help them move the way they're supposed to. It's called "Colon Tone" and you should be able to find it searching on Yahoo or Google (I don't want it to seem like I'm trying to sell the product).

Also, a good probiotic will help your overall intestinal flora, but that'll really only help for general digestion and regularity, not for preventing your colon from being lazy (although it'll have similar benefits). It's worth taking a good probiotic overall anyway because of all the good they do (especially if you've had antibiotics in the past). Good luck!

  6. .ive just bought colon cleanse tablets theyre supposed to fantastic! i only bought them 2 days ago .
