Treatment for keratosis pilaris?

Question

i have keratosis on my thighs face and badly on my arms.

how can i treat it.im 13 and i care alot of my skin.

and iv had KP since i can remember.

and i really want it to go away.

i put on alot of cediphil lotion at night.

bit it like makes a 2% difference.

soo please what are some goood products to reduce KP
