Tree deseases?

I have a pear tree with brown spots all over the leaves,anyone know what it is and how to treat it?

Open the link below and see the photo in all probability it is this.  The link also give treatment advice.  I have it on my pear trees and it's mid summer and ready for treatment..........

EDITED: I gave you information on True Pear Trees you didn't say ornamental pear trees.
