when a plant dose photosynthesis he uses water and  carbon dioxide and as a byproduct he releases oxygen

Don't know that I can answer all those questions, but without trees we would be up a creek without a paddle. They help produce oxygen, they provide shade and shleter for many, many different animals and insects. They are a vital part of the environment.
