Trend Micro Anti-spyware opens Int Explorer all day & night to display big ad. I use Mozilla & Norton. Help?!?

We recently got high speed which means "always" on for our 1st time. It was after that I would see over & over the big Trend Micro ad opened in Explorer. I am so upset I've tried to uninstall it but it won't go away. Isn't this invasion of privacy & security?

Download and run spybot and superantivirus

If it isn't a program that you have installed, possibly one that was bundled with your computer then try Crapware Remover, it's free:

Just let it run and when finished select the programs you want to remove.

Otherwise it could be caused by  a malicious codec that has been downloaded that anti-virus does not pick up or remove, however the following free programs will:
