Trial starts today in London of Fallon and others. He is attending to listen to opening speeches. It is expected to go on until January. Will it really last that long or will he realise it is in his best interest to put his hands up! Or do you think he is Not Guilty ?

  1. i personally think fallon is as bent as a dogs hind leg the evidence they have got on him is overwhelming if he is to get off with this he is going to need oj Simpson's and Michael jacksons lawyers.

  2. Kieran is innocent , of this I have no doubt. He works for the greatest conglomerate in world racing and they have stood resolutely by him and indeed he still rides for them in Ireland and the UK but we all know that when he is found not guilty the great unwashed  will all chorus " He got away with it"

Good Luck champ and I am so sorry that the bumpkins at the Jockey Club stopped you from riding over here before you were found guilty of anything.

  3. What ever happens, the man has been punished already..Do not think hes guilty of anything 3/4 of racing industry,is not guilty of to..Wipe the slate clean, change the culture of racing but dont crucify the man..Still believe it was who he upset got him in the biggest ****..

  4. gut feeling that he is guilty, but i don't know all the facts. What english trainer would want him, things have moved on.

  5. kieren fallon has earned a lot of people a lot of money with all his winners down the years. whatever the outcome of this, i will still have respect for the man. can u name any other jockey who gets the bit of extra pace outta them nags or times his runs to such perfection?

  6. Actually the trial does not start today as you say, there are preliminary hearings at which Fallon will not be attending. Please get the facts right,if you want to follow this trial then look at the racing post as they are covering it in depth. This is,however a good question, and not wishing to judge the man before the jury has i would just say this- if he is innocent then pigs will fly over my house tonight!

  7. I'm still reserving judgement on whether he is guilty or not, if he is he deserves to get th book thrown at him.  I've heard rumours around town and more often than not there is no smoke without fire.

There is no denying that he is a great horseman, and I respect him for that, but that is not a reason to assume he is totally innocent.

As for the person who said that Coolmore have stood by him, well trust me - they are not the straightest people on this planet!  I have heard things about them that would shock most race fans.  They aren't known as the Irish Mafia for nothing!

  8. he is not a clean-cut professional, i remember him pulling a fellow jockey from a horse( stupid & dangerous), he also fell into alcoholism for a time `not the sign of a true pro if you ask me... but agree(with some of the other answers) he was/is a good rider,  personally i will not back any more of his rides,   Newmarketsalsa whould you write a book for us, it sounds like a facinating read.
