Trial to get charge dropped?

I got arrested for: possession of controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of stolen property, and probation violations... i also have two old charges: trespassing and assault.

when i got arrested i went to juvy for a week and had court, they sent me to another juvy for three more weeks and then i had court again... that day at court i admitted to all the charges except controlled substance, and they set me a trial to try and get it dropped and i went home from juvy that day. What will happen at my trial?

Total, I have 6 charges.

And just to let you know:

I'm not gonna plead guilty to the possession of a controlled substance at my trial.

I'm already on supervised probation.

I failed all my drug tests for thc.

So whats gonna happen at trial?

  1. you could talk to the state's atty and see if they'll put you in rehab...better than jail, ya know?

  2. Sounds like this time you are going to the big boy's prison.  I think rehab would be a better choice, but our government doesn't seem to understand we need to cure people who are foolish enough to turn to a life of drugs and stealing to support their habit.

  3. There was no talk of a plea bargain to avoid a trial? Might be tough to get much of a break since you're already on probation and failed drug tests
