Trick for Sidekick lx OTA update?

Question

Ok so i understand the whole concept but whenever i restart the device the little white swoosh only goes through the 7 for like 30 seconds. Is there anything i need to do different. I really would like to get the update.

hey sorry I cant help but I have the same problem. Im getting really pissed cause I want the update. My friend didnt even know about it and the I told her about it and she got it first. i was like wtff?
