Trickle Down?

What is the Trickle Down Theory? Which Presidents have touted the Trickle Down Theory? How the Trickle Down Theory has worked for you? Are we seeing the results of the Trickle Down Theory?

Reagan started it and Bush has followed it.  Has it worked?  Well Reagan left the country deep in debt and did nothing for the poor or middle class and Bush has accomplished the same thing.  Yes, we are seeing it.  If I were rich I would say it worked for me but I am not.  Depends on what financial class you belong to.

That was Regan basically in a nut shell saying throwing money at the rich people creates jobs.
