  1. Put a little more eyeliner on than you usually do then smudge it. add some mascara and it will look pretty kool

  2. why don't you just smudge out ur eye liner... so that it looks like u have a bit of shadow...

and then reline the eyes.. so u have a dark rim..

especially if u have green contacts i think that would look nice.

  3. In response to the last person.. make sure you wait until it cools before you use it. One great trick with eyeliner is to start from the outside and only go halfway into your eye. Most girls go all the way across the bottom and it makes your eyes look smaller. If you want them to look nice and big, start at the bottom outside corner and only go halfway.

Another trick is to put the eyeliner tip at the outside corner of your eye and make a very small check mark. It makes your eyes look more exotic.

Less is more. Too much eyeliner can look horrific. Good luck!

  4. if u want like a dark smudgy effect warm the eyeliner pencil up like the actually bit that u use and its heaps easier 4 a smudgy effect, like dark think the veronica's, i usually always extend the line a little out past the eye and wear mine quite dark just take practice and getting the right effect you want

  5. if you put a lighter on the tip it will make it go on blacker and smoother

  6. Be carefull how you put it on. The main purpose for make-up is to enhance your features; not make you look like you have 1 pound of junk on your face :P

Maybe use different colors of eyeliner?  I would recomend that to a color that compliments your eye color.

    Good luck!

  7. Put your eyeliner on a little heavier than normal, then use a q-tip to smudge it out around your eyes...creating a eyeshadow effect.    :-)
