Question:

Tricks to get less sleep and not lose energy?

Any ideas? Seriously asking here. I run a small business and would love to sleep less and get more done. Any thoughts? I even tried the Einstien/Seinfeld sleep 20 min every 4 hours but that was too tough to manage.

  1. we sleep in cycles of 4 hours...so you can try to sleep 4 hours at a time when you can without interruption


  2. Become bipolar. We sleep about 3 hours a night and are super productive...... until the psychosis sets in anyway.

  3. My advice to you is to sleep. I know money is important, but is money more important than you are. Missing sleep can have serious consequences over time. Starting at a physiological level and ending at a psychiatric lever. Sit down and do the math, Is the money that you are making by missing sleep going to be enough to cover latter medical bills?

    Is it really worth it?
