Trickz in Canasta!?

I need some trickz to play canasta, so i can beet my fam

I was going to annoy this question. "Beet" my family. Man a beet is a vegetable you eat. "Beat" is what you want to do in the game of  cards your asking tricks for.

meld 3 cards while hold 5 - then when the pile is frozen, they think that card is safe and give you the pile cuz ur holding a pair

if pile is frozen, and they have 4 card down and you have 3 cards, don't meld them. keep them for safe discards
