I cant help you with Shawarma, that takes too long and I get it made at my local restaurant if I want to eat some

Fatayer? Do you mean Fatteh which is the chickpea, bread, yoghurt dish or do you mean the other Fatoyeh little meat parcels? If you clarify this for me I will be able to give you a tried,tested and tasty recepies for either!

I would love to try arabic dishes. Once I went to a lebanese restaurant . It was good. Shawarma is a kind of donner Kibab. I love chicken one. Fatayer.. never heard of this one.
