Tried several methods to bring solar plexus (accupressure) in order but nothing works?

i have been practising accupressure treatment but my solar plexus is never in order though i try to bring it in order every day. i have pain somewhere between gall bladder and intestine in my palms which i could not figure out. there were pain in other points also but are subsided now except for the point as mentioned above. i also have lower back pain and tried to figure out the problem with sciatic nerves at the back vertabraes. there is one acute pain between the 5th or 6th or 7th vertabrae counted from the lower back.

Have you tried finding a massage therapist who is also trained in Reki. You could work your sciatic and back and also get your solar plexus in order
