Tried to make a withdrawal from the hole in the wall?

after going through the sequence of button pessing it came up on the screen "cannot proceed at this time"but after using another till my balance suggested i had actually made the withdrawal from the previous machine. On contacting my bank they said they will send out a claim form to get the money back from the atm operater,anyone had this problem and will i get my money back?

Yes, but my money didnt come out from machine.  Tho the mini statement said it did.  It took about 3 weeks but the amount was credited.

Money will 'bounce back' after 24 hours. Happens all the time.

Yes and I got my money back but I have heard of others who haven't.  Good luck.
