Question:

Tried to sign in to my launchcast. Says it doesn't even exist anymore (i was ranked as a trendsetter). HELP?

The message i get from the site is "Sorry, this DJ station is not active. Please visit the LAUNCHcast home page to find another station to listen to." The fact is, i SHOULD HAVE a Launchcast station (normal, not plus), with close to 9,000 ratings on it, the fruit of many years of pleasant listening. What is going on, please tell me it's not lost :((

  1. I was having a similar problem. I deleted all temporary internet files, and all cookies related to Yahoo! and rebooted.  That worked.

    I believe they are currently migrating former MusicMatch users over to Yahoo! Music, and that's creating some problems.


  2. Aug 23: I am in Seattle and lost my station around mid afternoon yesterday as well. I am relieved that it seems like this is a general issue.

    I was relieved until I talked to their not so helpful support call center. According to Author, they are not having a general problem.

    Aug 23 -- 1:30 PDT. Good news for me, I am back up.

    I had to clear my EI history and cookies, but when I did so, everything was working. If you have Firefox or some other browser, going to your station with that is a good way to test.
