  1. I hope your dr tested your liver functions as well. Lipitor can do quite a number on your liver, if the organ is not able to cope with the drug.

    Personally I think  exercise, and smaller food portions are a better way to go in lowering you triglycerides. They are a form of fat that you produce out of what you ingest, so controlling what you eat will defiantly help. Another good way to lower the TRIG. without damaging your liver is taking red yeast rice. You can get that at any good health store, sprouts carries it and it is relatively inexpensive compared to other stores.


  2. Triglycerid 805 is quite high and certainly needs to be addressed.
