Trini Memories.......?

anyone would like to share some special Trinidad memories?

Old school, New school just come wit it.

I remember Red Day, when we boys was trying for the first world cup...and new school...this last world cup, i was in Trini..Man is fete on the bus route maxi...from town to Arima ah jump with people ah never see before....

When dey score the first goal against Bahrain, i was in St James....yuh feel dey care about heels they had meh tail jumping...

AND..... Kisskidee Caravan, with General Grant and dem fellas... The yard fowl Crew " give yuhself ah chance, let yuh spirit start tuh dance.."

Oh gosh girl - I faintly remember Go TnT Go when we trying to qualify for a world cup in late 80's or early  90's - my dad kept the poster up for years with all the Strike Squad players and their signatures.   And the jerserys with the stripes!!

The Attempted Coup left memories too!  I was young so to me it was exciting - and I ate plenty boiled and roast corn for days!  We lived on a hill and we loved going up on the third story and looking at the patrols and eerily quiet streets!  And of course I was introduced to Jaws and the little mermaid in those days as well!

Going to Globe cinema as a kid to watch Batman or Superman or whatever blockbuster - it was always a rush to get in!!

Oh yes...haha.. yuh bring back real memories there gyul.. I remember Kisskidee Caravan- Yard Fowl Crew- Dan it up.:)..Dem were d good ole dayz :):) Remember boyo & carla wit baby anna, mummy & daddy,?? ..anybody frum south remember 2-8 in gulf? & remember when gulf car park had dat amusement park.. dat wasn't fuh very long. & celebs?? & when it had mario's downstairs, shades outside? hurry na curry & d bowlin alley.... ??
