Trinidad Holiday in the month of July?

Question

As Friggy so intentionally mentioned her upcoming holiday - I was thinking if we has to have a holiday in July what would you call it? Would it be a religious holiday? An arrival day?

I think we should have a Heroes Day in mid-July preferably on a Friday and on the following Sunday or Monday we should have Rainy Season Day!

If you guys agree that July is in need of a Holiday - what would it be?

personally i dont really care what the holiday is as long as its on ah friday or monday!!!

we could appreciate doubles, bake and shark, kfc, churches what ever.

ok, i have it:  Local food appreciation day.....and since we appreciating local foods, i passing by allyuh for meh pone, and by nika for doubles, and by lez for benna balls an thing lol

How about a national holiday named "Stay home and play de ar$e Day" or "Stay home and scratch Day." A holiday for no particular reason. Just one for the three R's: Rest, Relaxation and a good River lime. hehe.

My husband birthday is in July, so l would have a holiday on he birthday and name it Bebe Fabulous day! oh lawd if yuh see the big grin on meh face!
