Trinidad & Tobago secure a place in Regional Super50 semi-final – Cricket News Update
Caribbean limited overs outfit, Trinidad & http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Thomas-George-Burrows-c93472obago (T&T), has secured a place in the semi-final match of the ongoing West Indian domestic competition, Regional Super50 tournament, and will now be facing Guyana in the death bout, which kicks off on October
26, 2011 at the Providence Stadium, in Guyana.
The side has so far had 3 outings on the competition, marking two impressive wins from the lot, including the recent 36 runs triumph against Jamaica, which earned a the side a place in the tournament’s semi-final.
As for the team’s recent assignment; T&T also starred in the just-concluded Champions League (CL) Twenty20 (T20) competition in http://www.senore.com/Cricket/India-c750, and retained an imposing performance throughout the event, since their initial, undefeated stint at the tournament’s qualification
matches.

The side will now be facing the Guyana hosts in their upcoming semi-final match, having defeated Jamaica in their recent outing.
On the other hand, Jamaica will go against Sagicor High Performance Centre in the tournament’s second semi-final which will be played on October 27, also at the Providence venue.
However, T&T has much to complement its talented roster of players who have contributed to the team’s triumph so far.
