she has a point! unfortunately she is makeing it to the wrong group.  Too many people in the wider society seem to think that higher food prices is beacuse of d government not doing enough.  h**l, if every thing rising around the world, and we importing from everybody around the world, then you hadda expect everything to go up.

Dat true, eh. My mother has a little kitchen garden and she's going to expand it even more soon. That way we'll grow all the vegetables we need and won't have to buy anymore. That should cut our costs immensely. Trinidad has such rich, fertile soil....I really think something should be done to increase local agriculture production, but it seems like everything falls on deaf ears. Pity.
