What is the price of tuition for non-EU students?

I live in the U.S., but my parents are Irish, so I am eligible for an Irish passport. Would having an Irish passport reduce fees, even if I don't live there?

If your parents are Irish yes you can claim citizenship. But that doesn't mean the fees will be reduce.

There are three levels of fees in Ireland and for any reduction, residency in Ireland (three of five previous years) is needed, so being eligible for an Irish passport will not reduce the fees at all.  So, no, you cannot get a discounted education in Ireland.
