Trion Z vs. Phiten????

They are both supposed to help increase blood flow or something so I was wondering which one is better.

Well, I have worn phiten for 2 years now, and i am not going to say it is a miracle worker or not, but I like them, I have the sport type rubber necklace, 2 arm sleeves and they are as much cosmetic as anything.  Trion z seems to have more products and more backing, but MLB is with phiten and if they are good enough for major league baseball, they are good enough for me

You should go with the Phitens. They increase blood flow and relaxation well... Not a huge effect though. I broke my wrist two years ago and it hurts when I swing still, I bought the phiten bracelet and it has made a difference because the pain isn't as bad when I swing with it on as opposed to it being off. Also the necklaces help me sleep better... I don't know how, but it does and my teammates swear by them also.
