  1. The end of November is the end of the rainy season in Costa Rica.  Consequently, it is the beginning of the high season for tourists.  However, one clear advantage is that you can expect warm and sunny days, cool and clear nights.  It is just about as perfect as weather can possibly get.

By cool I mean around 60 degrees at nigh, not much colder than that unless you go up in the mountains, but you would have to go way high.  And by warm I mean around 75 degrees.  Of course, with as much sun as you will get, it will feel a bit warmer, and it will be considerably warmer at the beach.  Oh!  And you can expect the ocean to be at around 80 degrees year round.  Sound idyllic?  I hope so.  If you need more information, don't forget to visit the TicosLand website.

  2. is a transition between rainy season and summer, is a little bit cold, isn't rain and sometimes there's some beautiful sunny days.

about tourist, the high season starts on December around 15th, and some people came and prices are the highest than the rest of the year.

i recommend that you do your reservations before november if you want to have more choices

  3. I've been in January. Very beautiful weather. Sultry breezy mornings. Warm enough for light clothes all day and evening but not too horribly hot. Rains a little between 2 and 4 daily but it's a nice refreshing rain.  If you go to any elevation take a windbreaker for sure.
