Trip to Miami beach ...?

My sister, her best friend and I are flying to Miami beach this winter for new year's eve. We are staying there for 4 days. Do you have suggestions for any good ( not too expensive) beachfront hotel ? About how much money should we have for food and transportation... since we are not old enough to rent a car. Thanks!!

Go to the Sonesta Bayfront hotel!!!!

price: some 400 something and up for 2 bdrm

and it has alot of stuff

the pool looks out to the beach

and you are going to need alot of money for shopping and stuff

you can go walking around the beach at night, and to sunset place, and bayside.
