Trip to the moon simulation?

Would it be possible and/or profitable to have simulation launches (using technology and g forces) and an artificial moon (which is a big area and has no gravity [however they remove gravity, Im not sure?]) And of course a simulated trip back to earth?

That sounds kind of like the mission space ride at Disney world EPCOT center. That ride uses a centrifuge to simulate the G forces of rocket flight. But you don't get to walk around on a simulated Mars and there is no weightlessness. There is no way to simulate weightlessness on Earth.

Sure... Some enterprising people have simulated trips to mines deep in the earth. The real trip is one subfloor down.

I think that entertaining simulations are very expensive to create, but in the correct entertainment venue, like Disneyland, they can be very profitable.

Like you said, they already do this at Spacecamp.  The amusement park industry isn't in good financial shape right now.  Six Flags is really hurting.
