Haritaki (Terminalia Chebula harada

Bibhitaki (Terminalia Belerica) baheda

are any of these nuts or related to nuts because im allergic to alll nutssss

ive read amla is not but the other 2 are ........is this true?

  2. All of these are fruits.  I googled all of these and botanical info that came up was fruit trees, and the fruit used in ayurvedic medicine.  Nothing came up with 'nuts' with these trees.
