Triple jump help?

i have asked this question already but only received one answer.. i'm a freshman in high school doing long jump and triple jump, I jump 19'1' (best) for long jump and avg. 37's for triple jump. I am one of the best freshman jumpers in my conference but I want to break my class record of 41'2''!! I know I can jump far, but I want to jump farther!!!! PLZ ANSWER MY QUESTION!!!

and dude 37 is good for a freshman

you have plenty of time to break 41 2.

thats not even that far for a record.
