They both revolutionized Women's Wrestling in the attitude era and both are beautiful, talented women, but i prefer Lita simply for the fact that she started out in the indys and worked her way from there to ECW and then to WWF/WWE when Trish started as a Fitness model and got her contract for being a model

to me lita had way more wrestling ability then trish. just because eu had the championship 7 times does not make u the BEST.

keep in mind the fabulous moohla had it for... i think 27 or 28 years...

Both were great athletes, Lita was really almost freakishly athletic for a woman, imho.  It seemed like she was always going at about 3/4 speed, just so the other girls could keep up. But Trish had real charisma, charm, mic-skills, etc; she was "The Total Package" of Women's Wrestling, and thus, Trish > Lita.....but just barely.
